She attended Greenford Christian Church and formerly attended Real Life Assembly of God. As Youth Ministers at Barrett Baptist Church, Doug drove the bus and Peggy assisted with the retreats and camping trips. She taught music (and sometimes fine arts and English) at Natchitoches Central High School for 20 years. Peggy loved all things flowers and was an avid flower gardener and arranger. She was quite a social butterfly and could carry on a conversation with anyone. Very talented. Her gift in life was being a good listener and had a special way of counseling family and friends through their difficulties.
