Is a place at ground floor so and the door is quite big to fit a well chair 0.5 km from Trafalgar Square. Unheard of in London! I always loved going to this place but won’t be going again after last nights experience. It ain't nothing fancy, the veal escalopes were probably not worth 15 quid but it doesn't really matter. Accessible prices, lame decoration and bored staff. For that price it was very good value for money, the ingredients were a step above what you'd find in a supermarket pasta pot...and it was a considerably bigger size as well. The almost endless hand-written choice of pastas has now been typed up for easier interpretation, but otherwise the menu remains much the same as I remember it being 20 years back.
It's a calm little getaway from the mad bustle and noise of Soho.

Although the place is quite compact it comes across as more homely than a nuisance.

I didn't check it out about the wifi but is a street food place and many of these type of restaurants don't have it I think because they suppose that the customers use to come in just to grab a fast bite . After the first bite I was so shocked at the consistency and taste that even my friend couldn’t stop laughing.

First want to say that this place has improved on decor. We were waiting for 2 seats and decided to grab drinks. your pizza and still come back with change from a ten pound note. The shrimp were deep-fried with chilli flakes, garlic and parsley and served with a green mayonnaise. We had Amoricetta and Carbonara pasta as well as the humus pizza... all were excellent!

This was a real find and the pizza 'a taglio' comes with a variety of toppings, my favourite is the one with aubergines, mozzarella, tomatoes and olives. The pasta had no sauce whatsoever and was extremely dry. The all-day menu makes use of seasonal produce and includes weekly specials and regular changes to the menu. please manager sort your stock out..When I asked them if we could move to the table outside to finish our dinner we were asked for a credit card, probably scared we would run away without paying.To show a bit of concern about this unprofessional and non-polite request I also asked two coffees, one tiramisu to be served once we finished our wine. It was microwaved for me and I took it away so I could travel home. Our waiter recommended eating the shrimp shell on which, after our initial squeamishness, was indeed delicious!
